Accessibility
LAST UPDATED 31 AUGUST 2026
I want anyone to be able to listen to the music, look at the photos and find the links here — whether or not they use a screen reader, a keyboard, or any other assistive technology.
WHAT I AIM FOR
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most accessibility law around the world points to.
WHAT IS IN PLACE
- Every part of the site can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and the item you are on always shows a visible outline.
- The five sections are built as proper tabs, so arrow keys move between them and a screen reader announces which one is open.
- Every photo, video and product link has a spoken description. Photos are announced by what they are and where they sit, such as "Live show photo 7 of 22".
- Opening a photo full screen moves focus into the viewer, keeps it there while it is open, and returns it to the photo you came from when you close it.
- Text meets the contrast minimums against the black background, including small labels and button text.
- The page can be pinch-zoomed and works when text is enlarged.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the scrolling photo strip and all transitions stop.
- A "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches.
HOW IT WAS CHECKED
The site was tested against the axe accessibility engine across every section, which reported no violations. It was also checked by hand for keyboard use and focus order.
Automated tools cannot catch everything, and I am one person rather than a company with an accessibility team. There may well be problems I have not found.
KNOWN LIMITS
- Music videos play on YouTube, and the store runs on elasticstage. Once you follow those links you are on their sites, and their accessibility is theirs, not mine.
- Captions on the music videos are handled through YouTube.
- The photographs are described by what they show and where they sit in the set, not by a detailed description of each image.
FOUND A PROBLEM?
Please tell me. If something here is hard or impossible for you to use, I would rather hear it and fix it.
Tell me what page or section you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using. I aim to reply within five working days.
If you would rather not email, you can message me on any of the accounts linked on the site.
